As a Person-Centred Counsellor, I offer support in navigating challenges such as stress, anxiety, loss, and relationship issues, fostering personal growth and understanding.
As a qualified, Person-Centred Counsellor, I aim to provide a safe, supportive environment in which you will have the opportunity to explore and reflect on your challenges and experiences and how they impact your life. I will work with you to help you understand yourself better and support your personal development. I have experience of helping clients with a range of issues including stress and anxiety, loss and bereavement. I also have training in working with intimacy and relationship issues (including relational diversity). Additionally, I have undergone Complex Trauma Training.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgement.
I provide a service from my counselling room at the Meridian Centre which is conveniently located between Kings Heath, Hall Green and Moseley. Alternatively, sessions can be accessed via Zoom.
