Supervision

I’m a CPCAB Level 6 qualified Clinical Supervisor, offering professional and supportive supervision either online or face-to-face in South Birmingham.
I provide a calm, collaborative space to reflect on your work, develop your practice, and stay grounded in your values. My core therapeutic approach is person-centred, but I draw on a range of integrative methods to adapt to the unique way you work. I understand that each practitioner is different, and I aim to meet you where you are, supporting your development while gently challenging you to grow. I use the seven-eyed model of supervision, to explore the therapeutic relationship from multiple perspectives. This allows us to deepen your clinical insight, stay ethically grounded, and explore both practical and relational aspects of your work.

In my own journey as a counsellor, I’ve worked across a variety of settings, including private practice, a counselling charity, and a Community Interest Company. I also have a background in teaching and mentoring.

My experience includes working with loss and bereavement, trauma and abuse, and anxiety-related issues. These areas have given me a solid foundation in holding space for clients navigating complex emotions.

As someone who was diagnosed as Autistic and Dyslexic later in life, I deeply understand the importance of being heard, understood, and affirmed. I bring this awareness into my supervision practice and regularly support Autistic, ADHD, and otherwise Neurodivergent practitioners. I provide a non-judgmental, neurodivergent-affirming space that honours diverse communication and processing styles.

I am also GSRD (Gender Sex and Relational Diversity) trained and fully affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities, relationships, and experiences. My supervision practice is inclusive, reflective, and grounded in ongoing personal and professional development. I’m committed to anti-oppressive work and continually examine the assumptions, biases, and structures that can influence the therapeutic space.
